Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is demanding President Obama order a complete review of his administration in the light of the IRS revealing Friday that it had targeted conservative groups that included the words “tea party” or “patriot” in their tax documents during the 2012 election, reports Politico.

“I call on the White House to conduct a transparent, government-wide review aimed at assuring the American people that these thuggish practices are not underway at the IRS or elsewhere in the administration against anyone, regardless of their political views,” McConnell said.

“Last year, amid reports that the Obama administration was using the levers of executive power to harass conservative political groups in Kentucky and elsewhere, I issued a very public warning to the administration that the targeting of private citizens on the basis of their political views would not be tolerated.

  1. This is just ridiculous. I saw on the news that the speaker of the the house was not just curious about who should resign, but who would be going to prison for these offenses, and I have to agree. If it were conservatives targeting liberals all hell would’ve broken loose.

  2. Ignore my last comment, my finger slipped. I heard about this when I was leaving for work last week, I though it was pretty funny. I guess it doesn’t feel good when your the odd man out, maybe this group can take those feeling that they are experiencing right now and store them and remember them next time they feel like being”thugs” themselves, its only fun when your not the victim, right? No pity at all for these individuals, using true Americans ideals like those of Martin Luther King to push their self helping agendas.

  3. Is this a form of reverse racism?

  4. Before I begin with my points, I’m not Conservative, I’m not Liberal, I’m not Republican, and I’m sure as hell I’m not a Democrat. I am an individual with personal freedoms granted via the U.S. Constitution, and with those personal freedoms comes personal responsibilities!

Now, these actions must stop, I’m so tired of reading these news articles and being forced to just sit still and type my feelings. This country wasn’t founded by being peaceful, marching, or sharing our feelings in a civil manner to display that we were unhappy.

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Anger is never without a reason, but seldom with a good one.

There was never a good war, or a bad peace.

Why did I post these quotes, because these are two men who had a hand in our Declaration of Independence and a hand in our Revolution. At no point did they say “Lets have WAR ,WAR, WAR!” like a bunch of retarded frat boys. They were calm, collective, and thoughtful in all of their actions. The thing is, in the end, they still had to have a war, war changes the way things are, sitting down at a park saying “we don’t like this.”, standing in a street saying “this isn’t okay.”, or staying online saying “that’s not right.” isn’t enough! We need physical action, showing, “We are so tired of you all fucking with us, that we will die for what we believe in, because your fucking this up for everyone.”

I don’t want chaos, but, I also don’t want to be fucked with by my own government. I want my government to live in fear of it’s citizens instead of the other way around. Peaceful protests are doing nothing, they are being ignored just like our rights, and at some point, very soon, we will need to stand up and take physical actions. Sadly, I feel my “virtual” generation is just not physically, mentally and emotionally ready for that.

  5. Just terrible how people are being penalized for their beliefs. The first Amendmant is being violated by the administration. People have the right to have certain beliefs and join certain groups without reprocussions.
