  1. I am glad that we had many women stand up to have equal rights as men. Elizabeth Cady Stanton was one of the women who believed in freedom. She helped lead the women’s rights movement and she also believed in anti-slavery. Today women are still not completely equal as men, but they are better off now than they were back then.

  2. Elizabeth Cady Stanton did the right thing by bringing the women’s rights to this country. If this country is successful today 50% of this successfulness goes to the women.

  4. Women’s rights are truly important. There is a place for everyone. whether that be at the top or at the bottom. how is anyone going to find there place if there is so much controversy and discrimination in society?

  5. Thank you for the video. I actually learn better from having a visual and reading about things and individuals. I had no idea who Elizabeth Cady Stanton was until today when my son and I were doing homework and we both happen to be reading about her at the same time. This was odd to us both but its nice to know he is learning about her to. She was one of two women who organized the national woman”ss rights convention in 1848. she also published the woman’s bible in 1895.

  6. Elizabeth Cady Stanton was born on November 12, 1815. She was a social activist and a leading figure of the early womens rights movement. She was also involved in the antislavery abolitionist movement. Very involved with womes rights along with Susan B. Anthony.

  7. Elizabeth Cady Stanton was a leader in the women’s rights movement along with being a social activist. She was involved in the anti-slavery movement as well. Stanton was a primary organizer of the women’s rights convention and she wrote a declaration stating that all men and women should be treated equal. She demanded voting rights for women along with Susan B. Anthony by being a part of the women’s suffrage movement.
