Another Comment about the 2nd Amendment

Right Wing Gun Nut

Commentary from Paul R. Beane on KFYO radio on 1/24/2013:

Good afternoon, I’m Paul R. Beane and I’m your right wing gun nut.

You know me and fellow gun owners are responsible for all the carnage in our streets and our schools.

Never mind that Ted Kennedy’s car has killed more people than my entire collection of firearms.

Most of which I have owned since childhood when I saved my pennies and nickels in order to purchase them and each and every one is in perfect working order.

It is the responsible gun owners of today that are being blamed for all the shootings.

Obama calls us the right wing gun nuts, clinging to our guns and to our religion.

But let’s take a little closer look.

The Fort Hood shooter, a Muslim, and a registered Democrat.

The Virginia Tech shooter, he wrote hate mail to George Bush and his staff and was a registeredDemocrat.

Aurora Colorado shooter, he was a staff worker on the Obama campaign and took part in Occupy Wall Street .

He was a progressive liberal and guess what? A registered Democrat.

The Newtown , Conn shooter hated Christians and was a registered Democrat.

The Columbine high school shooters were too young to vote,

But both of their families were progressive liberals and registered Democrats.

And one more thing,

Not a single one of these killers were members of the National Rifle Association.

So I have got it figured out how to make this country safer;

Leave the guns alone and lock up all the Democrats.

I’m Paul R. Beane and that’s the way I see it

  1. The second amendment has many controversies. People are pointing fingers at the Republicans because they want to keep gun laws intact, but the issue is the Democrats. People need to realize that it isn’t the members of the National Rifle Association we should fear it is those who are not. Those who are actually registered are the ones who are responsible citizens.

  2. I really hate that you’re labeled as a Republican Gun Nut just because you think that guns should be legal. I’m probably someone who’s more left than right on the political spectrum; however, I think guns should be legal. Why should you punish responsible gun owners just because there are wackos out there? I don’t think I’m a crazy Republican gun nut, I think I’m being a sensible human. I wouldn’t take a whole classes bathroom privileges away just because one kid abuses it. It’s just not fair for responsible citizens to be targeted.

  3. I really don’t like this blame game that politicians like to play. You can’t blame everything that is bad in the world on the opposing political party. Democrats act like Republicans and Conservatives created world famine or something, and the likewise is true as well. Some day, and hopefully soon, our political leaders are going to have to stop assigning blame towards each other and to minorities and actually try to fix something.

  4. I agree that our second amendment should not be changed. Our right to bear arms is justified. And those who violate it is irresponsible, but I don’t think that because they were democrats had anything to do with their actions. I think that was the result of abuse, rejection, hatred, being ridiculed, or some other pre-existing psychological abnormality.

  5. It shouldn’t matter what political party a crazed killer is a part of. They’re insane. We shouldn’t even consider them normal people who can make rational decisions. These killers acted upon hate. And all this hate towards democrats can’t be any good. We need to love each other like the hippies or something.

  6. I do agree that RESPONSIBLE law-abiding citizens are being targeted by mainstream media and this current administration, however I have some issue when the commentator explains how all theses shooters were democrats. Maybe hes implying that they aren’t right-wing tea party member that are always criticized, but in fact the same members of the party who wants further gun control, if that what the commentator was trying to convey then fine im ok with it. I do however feel as a society we like to label people, like these shooters, as we constantly throw them into different groups such as Muslim, republican, democrats, blacks, and etc. I think this is very detrimental to society because it then creates a certain connotation of that group, “oh he was a Muslim, now it makes sense why he killed those people.” We need to focus less on which group or faction the person is apart of and instead on why theses people do what they do.

  7. They don’t know, that there is enough GUNS in this country to start another revolutionary war.
